Happy May Day from the Prairie Racerunners!
During our early morning writing workshop on May 1st, friends made a web of all that they loved, wondered or looked forward to in May. Some friends chose to take this pre-writing exercise into poetry or fictional writing later in the day, while others returned to other pieces. Still, the discussion was anticipatory and a great way to start such a gloomy May Day.

Monday, May 28th - No School for Memorial Day
Tuesday, May 29th - Field Trip to Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails for Life Cycle Watching. Would you like to drive in the afternoon?
Wednesday, May 30th - All School Sleepover
Thursday, May 31st - Good-bye until Fall!
